XXXXX DRUDGE REPORT XXXXX THU OCT 14, 2004 10:58:04 ET XXXXX
DNC ELECTION MANUAL: CHARGE VOTER INTIMIDATION, EVEN IF NONE EXISTS
**World Exclusive**
The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a 'pre-emptive strike.'"

The provocative Dem battle plan is to be distributed in dozens of states, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
One top DNC official confirmed the manual's authenticity, but claimed the notion of crying wolf on any voter intimidation is "absurd."
"We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people," the top DNC source explained.
Developing...
Let 'em come..We got all the Guns...I guess they could talk us to death but please..Maybe the DNC and liberals could seek help from France..which takes me back to my first point.
There they go strong-arming the media again with threats.
This looks like someone left it in the john or at the debate last night and some smart person picked it up and gave it to Drudge.
Heck, he's the first one I'd call, too.
"I'd stay home. As long as there's a Republican Congress, neither of them could do too much harm."
Let's not forget about three new Supreme Court vacancies that Kerry will be filling if elected. You can't count on Republicans to play hard ball enough to stop any of the worst nominations.
I'm waiting for the Reichstag fire.
BTTT
The 'Rat rank and file are so lazy and stupid, I imagine they're already claiming intimidation on election day - in advance - so they don't have to mess with it later.
I wish a Freeper could hack into the site and put in this message: "Beat the crowds! Submit your election day voter intimidation claim at your state offices today. No lines! No wait!"
"well-suited to states in which there techniques have been tried in the past."
Unfortunately, I think CO may turn out to be the Florida of this election what with this stupid Amendment 36.
I have a feeling Nov. 2 is going to be a very ugly day. Like nothing any election day has seen before. My best advice would be to vote early before much of the mischief can be launched.
Conservativebabe, eh? You've got my attention.
Obviously written by someone who is the product of their education system, who doesn't understand the English language well enough to know which word to use!
well maybe you will being it involves the RAT party
I looked at the PDF, and I've really got my doubts that this is legit. I'd think the dems would be smarter than to print this kind of stuff on paper identifying exactly where it came from, even printing their logos on it. yeah, I could be wrong.
Nothing sweeter, smart and good looking. JK! LOL!
This is so unfair of republicans to use our words against us, we should be judged by what we feel not what we do or say...
- possible RAT response to this memo being outed.
They've had four years to plot ways in which to foul up the election.
This has the potential for getting really ugly, I won't be suprised at any thing they try.
If they're amenable to priming, how can they be considered leaders?
