You just wanted to hug the man (even if you don't normally hug men)
Hi Guys,
A**-hole Bill Schneiger just said that "It was clear that sKerry won the debate".
D*** A**, Dont spin! We all know that the president won.
She had to tell her 60 year old son.....something she should have taught him as a boy.
Did theyt say, "Aw, Jeez, not THIS s*** again?" (c8
I guess we should just hand the election over to Kerry then.
I prayed that God would give President Bush the words he needed tonight to convey his deep love of our country and his vision for our future. I'm sure many others sent their prayers. Our prayers were answered. I'm proud to be an American, very proud to be a Republican, and immensely proud that George W. Bush is my President. EAGLES UP!
I agree!!!! BUSH WON THIS HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!
Left bank of the mainstream was great, too!
Of course. The mainstream media will never say so. I'm struck at how relaxed and confident President Bush was tonight. Kerry looked like a guy who was in need of sleep. The visual imagery is more striking than the debate and its good to see the President's advisers told him what looked good on TV. The first debate disaster might have been avoided entirely if the President had just been himself. He was himself tonight and I think when it was all over, every one knew he just won his second term.
Don Evan, on Hannity and the Liberal:
George Bush wants to sign the front of your check, Kerry wants to sign the back of your check. Bingo!!!!
It's a theft of Reagan's statement, related again by BPM Brian Mulroney at Reagan's funeral. IE, Reagan turned to Mulroney and said it about both of their wives.
Nancy Reagan was very pleased with that comment.
However, Mulroney could relate it, he's got the gift of gab. Kerry doesn't.
>> Kerry has not worked in the private sector for Forbes family business interests and has devoted his life to a career in public service.
That last clause should read, "... has devoted his life to a career in public MIS-SERVICE.
I prayd too. I believe that many of his suppoters did so too.
This afternoon many of us agreed that we will not vote on those online polls. Now CNN is giving sKerry a win. I think, even though we dont vote, we need to let the word out that those polls go to sKerry because Bush's supporters dont vote on those unscientific polls.
Anybody have a good idea of how to let the word out that we all are happy and know that the president won???
I agree, it was a great line. I was absolutely dumbstruck by the inappropriate statement by Kerry about Cheney's daughter. I thought Edwards was stoopid for mentioning it, but when Kerry did it I could see how clearly this was deliberate and outrageous. And DUMB! I really believe a lot of people will have that stand out in their minds and it will solidify votes against Kerry.
I honestly feel that Krytol go wind of Fox fans outrage over his perforamnce last week because I personally feel he was over comepnsating.
I feel that Bush did fine tonight but I think he actually did better last week when Krystol said he lost. So I think he made up his mind to make sure he made up for his bull crap from last week...
They were just talking about this over on Hardball...I'm with Pat Buchanan on this one, WTF was Lurch thinking???
I heard it as 40% but I don't believe that either.
