Any drinking game that has as a part of it sKerry mentioning "plan" will not get my support. I can not afford that much money or alcohol.

i know the debate is over and in my view President Bush Won,but i just wanted to add something about these last 3 debates does KERRY ever get tired of saying: NOW I HAVE A PLAN???
