Health Care?
GWB: Health savings accounts. Lawsuits are causing healthcare cost to go up. They don't use the information technology. Electronic medical records needs to be utilize. Moving generic drugs
Kerry: Medicare blocked by GWB to go out a bargain for lower cost.
GWB: Kerry has been in the senate 20 years and has done nothing in respect Medicare.
