I think O'Rielly is TOAST and Fox News in general is in DEEP DO-DO for fostering an environment where sexual harassment can run rampant (apparently), ie, by populating the place with Testosterone Terrorsists who think the world belongs to them. HA I guess they will find out how WRONG they are...
Nah. The harassed person has an obligation to advise management of a problem. Management isn't expected to be (and can't be) precient. FoxNews is okay in this, and her lawsuit won't prevail.
-IF- the allegations are credible, the material harm, if any, would be to O'Reilly's ratings. If the ratings stay put, or dip only a small amount, worst case for Fox is to pay her off to go away.
Did you get a chance to read Foxnews' response to this allegation? They presented their policy papers that state that any SH must be reported to management. She actually violated their rules for employment by not reporting ANY of this to management. Fox is not responsible for this...although I'm sure the MSM will have a different perspective.
