Good Lord. Still weeks to go and the lawsuits are flying.
No matter who wins (although Bush will), this election may well tear this country apart completely.

Based on Rendell's work on the military ballots in 2000, I've gotta take him at his word.

"Earlier this month, the Pennsylvania Department of State advised county officials that they should not send out absentee ballots listing Nader until the courts determine whether he's allowed on the ballot. A ruling on that issue is expected this week."
They still haven't ruled on Nader in PA! You've got to be kidding. I know the wheels of justice turn slowly but this is rediculous. This election has been going on forever and some states still haven't made a decision on Nader. I'm amazed, and wondering if this is a trick to stop overseas voters from voting.

How interesting, considering the Military Times story that the military vote is going to be for Bush, 72 - 17...

It is good news that the JD is watching!!!!
The 2000 election could be a small example of the attempted fraud that we might see in this election....the liberals will stop at NOTHING to win.

It absolutely is. It's a news story in itself. In some states, the Democrats waited up until the last day to file their complaints on the Nader ballots. The obvious goal: create chaos in election offices, but more importantly, to make it so that there would not be enough time to send out military ballots and have them returned before Nov. 2.

This is a very big story because it shows that the DOJ is on top of things. I hope they can keep control through all of the Dem criminality.

So that's what Nader has been up to. Helping the RATS to disenfrenchise the military vote.
