This is going to sound really off the wall and OT, but someone on another site not too long ago was talking about looking for help in locating a film of Kerry and a couple of his anti-war cohorts apparently whizzing on the American flag during one of their anti-war activities. This gentleman said that it had occurred, and that's all I know. After that, I was out of town and busy for a long time and didn't know where to follow up. Anyone else know anything about this? If true, it's vomit-inducing to the bile degree.
The film story has been pretty much discredited. Remember now, this man has known he wanted to run for public office since he was a teenager...he would NEVER have done that.
But at the time, he would have seen the trip to Paris are being a "doer" and I think he was surprised when he lost his first election, with all the publicity he got as a head of VVAW. Now, in wartime, he will pay the price. It also highlights why he must emphasize this isn't a "war", but a law enforcement issue.
The film is said to show Kerry's cohorts burning and defacing American and South Vietnamese flags. Kerry isn't participating, but is said to be in the film doing nothing to protest or stop it. If it does exist, expect to see it in the next week.
I heard, about 2 weeks ago, that the SBVs were disclosing a photo of Kerry urinating on a US flag. This came from a friend whose father is a former Green Beret with ties to some of the SBVs. I heard that October 15 was the disclosure date.
