Ian (or anyone),
Do you have a link to either a national or regional precipitation forecast map (showing probabilities for Tues AM and Tues PM) including the NE quadrant of the US (anything with MI, OH, PA, NJ, and NH?) I tried weather.com and NOAA but since I don't go there much I didn't have much success.
I have local forecasts I have pulled up but cannot find anything but a current map that has the probabilities shaded.

I'm not aware of a map that shows percentages in a large area, but there are a few things you can look at. Maybe r_h_w can help more.
