Something fishy's going on.
It was good quality footage. There have been other tapes with good quality too though. The aired portions in this tape were close-ups basically.
Some other tapes were also released publicly over the net and this reduced their quality.
The tapes/productions from as Sahab are usually much better quality than the rest.
