I think red is "duck and cover" and will not be issued unless a series of strikes is obviously in motion. Like after the second plane striking the Tower.
There may be a move to orange, though. We have a tape, Blood moon eclipse, and President speaking in a stadium. With an hour of video tape, there may be something specific enough for orange.
I am going to be driving a bus load of band students to competition this evening. I pray for safety and protection.
Not yet, a single suspect video tape is not quite enough and must be view by Feds in the context of all the secret-stuff they have to validate it. Terror does not need to kill to terrorize, psychological operations such as bogus tapes can do the same thing.
I wonder what happens if certain places (cities -- i.e., NYC) went to Red prior to the election. Would voting be cancelled in these places?
