Greta just announced huge voter fraud is found in Denver.
Can anything be done to prevent invalid registrants to vote though?
Just to throw this out there:
What is the possibility of a class action lawsuit by legally registered voters of Colorado and other states against ACORN and ACT for deliberately trying invalidate the election?
Use their own beast against them to take their money and shut them down.
Good lord please let no other than Democrats be involved
Well, I have to hope it is the D's this time.
I was surprised and embarrassed last week to learn that some alleged "republican conservative" group out of Arizona was committing voter fraud in No. Nevada.
Did not get a chance to write down who they were, the news made it one of their "teaser" segments to bring viewers back after the weather, then made it a quick sound bite with no details.
What if he registers in 35 different precincts?
Typical crap. Some observations:
1) Figures the two they interviewed were black. Groups like ACORN prey on them.
2) Typical lack of response from the government. The one Denver clerk said, "we've never seen it like this before" tells me they've seen it before and did nothing. The only thing they haven't seen is them getting caught.
3) The county government officials responsible are incompetent and obviously aren't checking these registrations out fully.
4) The ACORN guy LIED HIS A$$ OFF! Of course they encourage it. I'll give him kudos for having the cajones to whine like a victim of fraud. Hey dumba$$...why did you pay for them if it was so obvious they were fraudulant. LIAR LIAR LIAR!
Everyone involved should get 10 years minimum hard labor. That'll teach them.
The real problem is there is money made by the people working the drives. I used to do drives in Texas. We were sworn in as deputy registrars of voters, it was fully voluntary, and done honestly (at least as far as I was concerned.
We even had to check ID.
But these drives they are doing mean money for the person working them....there will always be fraud if you are doing it on a piecework basis. I am totally unsurprised.
That was pretty informative. Everyone should watch it.
BTT
Yes. That's the way it usually happens (they suck one in with the 'Teasers'). However, I did hear that Jim Angle interviewed Laura Bush and I think that is supposed to be on this show tonight - so I've got in on while I'm reading Freepers and will watch if something interesting comes on.
In spite of the fraud it appears that democrats are concerned that republicans are "out registering" democrats. The funny thing is the Hardball panel doesn't seem to think it's due to fraud.
Oliphant and Reagan Jr are more concerned that republicans don't want democrats voting.
Listening to WABC Radio... talking about the GF of a guy doing voter registration. GF registered 25 times, registered her friends over 40 times.
I've said it before: No one except elections officials should be permitted to receive payment for registering voters.
I fear that we are going to see Florida 2000 in spades this election...we are going to wish that all we had to worry about were hanging chads.
It's easy... Assume that John Harold Slomski, democrat at large, registers in his 3rd precinct under his real name and he votes there in person on Nov 2.
But he also registers as:
John Slomski
John Slomsky
Jon Slomski
Jon Slomsky
John Harold Slomski
Jon Harold Slomski
John H. Slomski
Jon H. Slomski
And the variations go on, and on, and on......
And he votes all of those alias's via absentee ballot?
Possible? Maybe.....
You snooze you lose ;-)
I'm sure you'll be quicker than me next time.
Matthews, talking about new voter registration, said to Ben that the Republicans were looking for a certain type of voter, as if these left wing organizations want just anybody. Ben laughed it off. I'd have said, "yeah, Republicans prefer live US citizens."
