And tonight, dear Lord, we especially lift up Your servant, George W. Bush, that You would bless him, even as his enemies curse him. We ask that his accusers be clothed in disgrace and wrapped in shame for the sins they are committing against President Bush, and against You, O LORD! We ask that You wrap Your arms of love around our brother tonight and give him rest, that he might awake refreshed to face the challenge of the day tomorrow. We pray dear Father, that You would once again speak the truth through him, that Your Holy Spirit would rest upon him, that he would be given strength and power from above as he debates tomorrow evening. We ask, Oh Father, that You might be glorified in his life and in his words tomorrow. Help him to be prepared mentally and emotionally for the onslaught of the enemy, but especially Lord, we ask that he might put on the full armor of God that he might that he might be able to take a stand against the devil's schemes as he struggles, not against human flesh, but against the powers of this dark world. Help him to stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit.
Help Your children around the country and the world to be in prayer as we lift our brother up, being alert and with perseverence in prayer. Protect him from all harm, dear Lord. Bless his marriage and his family, guarding them against those who would do them harm. Give them physical strength to be able to endure the brutal schedule of the next three weeks.
And Lord, we pray for this election, asking that You bind Satan in any attempts at fraud or deceit. Bless and protect those who will be poll observers that they might be safe, and able to see things that need to be seen to protect the integrity of the vote. Give strength to all the volunteers, and open the minds of the American people to the goodness and strength of President Bush.
Father, we pray as well for our soldiers in harm's way. We thank You for them; for their sacrifice and dedication to duty that allows them to serve so boldly in the cause of freedom here and around the world. We pray for their protection against an evil enemy, and pray as well, that the Gospel of the love of Jesus Christ might be spread throughout the Middle East because of the sacrifice they are now making.
Bless this nation, O LORD, and forgive us for our sins against You. Cleanse us, and wash us anew with Your love and peace. Help us to share the blessings of Your love with others so desperately in need, and to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. Help us to be a beacon of Your light and love in our neighborhoods, our towns, our nation and our world. In the name of Jesus, who is the Christ we pray, AMEN!
Please join us in prayer tonight for our President, for the election, for the debate tomorrow, and for our military and our nation!
I will be fasting and praying tomorrow.
Amen. I can't add to that, Lord. Lord, bless us so that we may bless you. Open the eyes of the people and let them see. Bring us back to you, oh, Lord, and please help us to be a nation of people who honor and love you. Help us, Oh, Lord. In Jesus name, amen.

I was praying for the election coming up in November and the Lord reminded me of how important our prayers are. Remember the days before the last election four years ago how we were called to pray that God's man would be in the White House? Somehow we knew that it was vital. The election was extremely close and you could sense the spiritual warfare and then victory by the hand of God. Then came September 11th and we all could see why that election was so pivotal.
I along with millions of others that year had been praying for days and then election day came. On the morning of that day, the Spirit of the Lord took me up into the heavens over the Atlantic Ocean just off the east coast of America. The day was dawning over the blue waters and in the morning light I was flying with millions of angels approaching the east coast. They were in a long line that extended for miles up and down the entire eastern coastline from Maine to Florida. A large, powerful angel who I sensed was Gabriel was in front sounding the trumpet and leading this massive army of God's messengers. Each angel was wearing a brown leather purse of some sort. The strap wrapped around their right shoulder and then crossed their chest in a diagonal that went down to a small pouch at their left hip. I knew each angel was assigned by God to a specific, individual voter. As election day dawned and the polls began to open in the eastern states, the clouds of angels began to descend closer to the land. Then I saw many of the angels near me open their pouches, take out a seed and drop it to the earth. I followed one of the seeds all the way down. I could see a voter in a poll booth and the seed drifted down and went into his head! With a tiny flash of light, I could tell that God had influenced that voter! Thousands and then millions of these angels did this as they swept across America until they reached California and the entire west coast near the end of election day. It was a glorious sight and I knew by the Spirit that the prayers of the saints had availed much! I knew that our prayers had avoided a major disaster for our nation and that God had heard our prayers and sent His angels to intervene! After much warfare, His man was in the White House!
In this election season I hear the voice of the Lord saying, "The upcoming election is even more important than the last one! Pray like you have never prayed before! Pray for all your leaders and ask Me to put My man in the White House!"
Prayer: Father, You are awesome and You turn the hearts of kings! We give you praise and thanks for all You do when we pray. Thank you for sending Your angels to do Your mighty work on our behalf. We ask You to do this in even greater measure during this election season. By Your Spirit, move on Your people to fast and pray! Lord, we lift up Senator John Kerry and President George W. Bush to You. Speak to them, minister to them, protect them, and give them Your wisdom. We ask this for them, their families, and advisors. Lord, we ask for Your will…Put Your man in the White House! We ask that Your hand be upon all leaders up for election this November: Senators, Congressmen, Governors, Legislators, Mayors, Councilmembers, and School Boards. Put Your hand on me and every voter in America! Speak to all of us and truly make us "one nation under God!!"
