Linda Vester is currentlly interviewing Chad Clanton, described as a 'senior Kerry campaign advisor.'
Discussing the plans of the Sinclair broadcasting group to air "Stolen Honor," the documentary about Kerry's Vietnam war service, Clanton stated:
"They [Sinclair] better hope that we're not elected."
Vester immediately asked if that was intended as a threat to Sinclair that a Kerry administration would not renew their broadcast licenses. Clanton tried to back off, but the threat was unmistakable.
These people are thugs.
Thanks for the instant transcript.
This was one of Linda Vester's hottest shows.
I loved the spontaneous audience reaction.
the Dems have a monopoly on free speech
The Kerry Kampaign must have hired this guy because of his name.
"Chad" will remind people of "hanging chads".
"Clanton" will of course remind people of the lefties' hero, clinton.
I wonder if this is even his real name. It seems so phony.
I went back and checked. I actually wrote "Linda Vester rules." That's OK. I guess you could say she "rocks and rules"!
Great effort, thanks. Ping post 305 (transcription)
Rush Limbaugh covered Edwards'statements today. Rush tore into Edwards and made mincemeat out of him.
Just like in the USSR. Only preapproved speech is allowed to be "freely" expressed.
FOX should take notice and give Linda the bloviator O'Reilly's spot at 8-9 p.m.
Hear Hear
They sure don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot do they? What a bunch of phoney baloney whiny babies this old dem/lib party is. They don't get their way and so they whine and cry. Well too bad...this time no one is listening to them. This program should be run and it should be shown and it will be run and it will be shown. And...as far as I am concerned...They can go wheee, wheee, wheee crying all the way home.
They have their lawyers and liberal politicians to try and take away the 1st through the courts when they don't agree with the content of the "free speech".
Unfortunately for them, they'll have to try to take away the 2nd Amendment by force.
After the Dan Rather/CBS & Ha;prin/ABC scandals he might have kept a low profile. To make such a threat was stupid..
Newsmax has now picked up the story:

I could barely believe my eyes and ears, but there's no doubt that it was a threat. The transcript posted here confirms it - Clanton said other things leading up to the threat that made his intention clear, e.g., "Sinclair is going to regret this."
Seig Heil!!!! Vee vill take your license!!
