Everytime we go home we buy as many groceries as possible and we save a lot of money. In Tenn.we pay 9.75% on everything.

And are you supposed to report those purchases to pay Use Tax on them, like we have to do in PA? Note that there's no tax on clothing here, though. And how about Delaware... on their official "Welcome to Delaware" signs, even before you get the "First State to Ratify the Constitution," you get
"HOME OF TAX-FREE SHOPPING!"

I have no clue. I have never heard of a tax like that here in Tenn. Our Children live in Virgina and are in the Military. They keep Tennessee as their legal residence so that they do not have to pay state and other weird taxes that Virgina have. They do not have to pay anything to Tenn.
