I've always thought Iraq was behind the anthrax attacks.

And since at least one doctor in Florida stepped forward after the anthrax attacks and told us he treated two of the 9/11 hijackers for what he in retrospect recognized as anthrax, it is very likely they were working with Iraq.

I can do this on my Selectric. Note the superscript "q" and the upside down question marks. All hallmarks of an electric typewriter.

Several news organizations did just that. But in light of other assertions on Wednesday, widely reported by the mainstream media, that Saddam did not pose any significant threat prior to the U.S. invasion of Iraq, we felt it was time to publish as many of the Iraqi intelligence documents as possible

Greg Garrison has been anxiously waiting for these documents to be released. I suspect that he will talk about them on today's show. He's on 9-12 IndiaNotime.

Quite interesting. I'm not sure if they are more damaging than the Deufler report though, after thinking about it. Other than the last two documents in the list, most seem to come from the early 90's, which, at that time, no one (even the peace activists/Dems/traitors) denies Saddam had WMD's.

The Deufler report indicates that, among other things, in the late 90's, early part of this century, Saddam was testing WMD's on human beings, and also was trying to bribe UN inspectors. Personally, in debating leftists, I'm going to focus on that, if only for simplicity's sake.

These are still interesting though. Probably won't get reported, since they only support the decision to go into Iraq, and we can't have a Republican president look good!

Reasons for going to war in Iraq:

The latest CIA reports say that we DID find WMD in the form of chemical and biological weapons and/or programs to produce weapons after invading Iraq (just not "stockpiles" of WMD). The MSM will not report accurately on this, but there were other reasons for removing the regime in Iraq. Here's a partial list (please add more if you know of others)

1. State of war existing since the first gulf war
-Numerous violations of ceasefire agreements by attacking Kurds and Shiites
-Numerous violations of ceasefire agreements by firing on US and UK aircraft
-Attempted assassination of a former US president
-Conspiring to cheat the UN sanctions oil for food program
-Violation of numerous UN disarmament resolutions, possession of prohibited conventional weapons
-Failure to account for coalition MIA/POW

2. Capabilities to produce chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons were maintained in spite of UN inspections, ready to restart development as soon as sanctions and inspections were lifted

3. Known nuclear material (LEU) stockpiles

4. Known state sponsorship of terrorism; numerous terrorist organizations who have attacked the United States and/or our allies
-Iraq has been on the list of known terrorist supporting states since the list was first published
-Abu Nidal
-Al Quaeda training camps (at least one), key Al Quaeda operatives in Iraq
-Support for Hammas suicide bombers in Israel
