Clintons Appeal To California Supreme Court In Effort To Avoid Fraud, Conspiracy Lawsuit
Judicial Watch ^ | Oct 6, 2004 | Judicial Watch

Posted on 10/09/2004 6:08:34 AM PDT by X180A

Judicial Watch first brought the lawsuit in 2001 on behalf of Mr. Paul, who spent nearly $2 million to produce in August 2000 a Hollywood tribute to honor President Clinton and to help raise funds for Hillary Clinton’s run for the Senate. Mr. Paul incurred these expenses as part of a $17 million business relationship he entered into with Bill Clinton to have the president work for Mr. Paul’s Internet companies, Stan Lee Media and Mondo English, after the president left the White House. Bill Clinton reneged on his deal with Mr. Paul, and none of Mr. Paul’s expenses was reported by Hillary Clinton to the Federal Election Commission, as was required by law. Mr. Paul has documentary evidence of his close relationship with the Clintons, including checks, thank-you notes from the Clintons and candid video and photographs.

“The Clintons obviously are desperate to keep the truth about their wrongdoing from coming out,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “But we are confident that, like their other ploys in this case, their latest gambit will fail, and they will have to answer the credible and serious charges that have been brought against them.”

950 stolen FBI files and a few skeletons herald that they WILL get away with it (and everything else).

It would really be a breath of fresh air to know that their luck of covering all of their corruption is finally going to come to an end.

I gotta believe the Clintons on this one! If the other guy had a really solid case, he would have gotten some Iraqi oil vouchers to shut him up or fosterized with the same goal in mind.

And, what makes anyone believe that the Clintons only got 950 FBI or that their access stopped at some point in time, years ago? Never underestimate the criminality of Willie's White House sewer dwellers including Freeh and Reno. Bush has refused to purge the Clintonistas and there is no doubt that Willie can still get an unofficial file on anyone he wants. McAuliffe, the DNC, Pelosi and the other sleazes may have no other way to defeat Republican appointees, judicial or otherwise, than to leak FBI file info.

I'd love it if it would sink Her Highness' presidential bid. A felony however, is a career-enhancing move in the Democratic Party. They'd welcome it.

Juduicial watch is very good at bringing charges, but in the past they've been like a toothless old tiger.

I sure hope theres one fang left and it's still sharp enough to bite Shrillary's fat, pant-suited @$$ for this one though!

Your post contains a real gem of truth few have focused on. Bush has not cleaned house and the Washington Buropolis at all levels is riddled with those who would gladly do the bidding of Bubba Rex or Hillary Regina.

It is naturally more difficult and riskier without the Arkansas mafia in the executive office, but as Sandy Burglar demonstrated, felony risk is pale dissuasion for a true Democrat. (I am in awe of what Sandy both attempted and apparently got away with...)

You are unquestionably correct that the Clintons have a massive array of files and intelligence still at their disposal. Unfortunately for them, this material loses value over time - which may be a small part of the reason (besides outright blackmail) that the Republicans have been so slow and recalcitrant in the pursuit of Clinton criminality. Just let the threat die on the vine. Pretty poor policy from Pubbie poltroons.

I am not optimistic that Hillary will ever be held accountable. That notwithstanding, the election of Bush this time is essential in buying our formerly Constitutional Republic a bit of time in the slow-motion Greek tragedy of our slide into socialism (if not tyranny). God bless America & President Bush.

Given the history of these two, I believe that they will somehow duck this as well.

Never underestimate the corruption that follows them everywhere.

Lord, God,

PLEASE sock it to em.

Given the great unlikelhood of at least Shrillery repenting--let her reap what she's sown earlier than normal.

If he has any genuineness in his heart to repent from, then please make that happen such that he turns 180 degrees and shows vivid demonstrations of his repentence.

If he's only duplicitous and inauthentic, then let him reap ASAP, too.

You got that right! Just look at Alcee Hastings. Impeached, convicted and removed from the Federal judiciary - he then gets elected to Congress,
