PATHETIC
Want some wood?
What is the $84 dollar question? I can't view pdf files.
A little help.
Oh, man. That's so weak, it's embarassing. For Kerry.
When can we look at T-Rex and her wife's returns?
It is part of a trust he has set up, a blind trust. He doesn't own a timber company, he may own a few shares in a timber company. By the way, I hope to own GE in a year or so.
The thing is, Kerry was right - sort of. Bush did earn a net profit in a subchapter S corporation that was a lumber company for a grand total of $84. So what does the tax refund amount to on that, about $8?! What's the point? Typical Kerry. He's always so full of ................ahem...... half truths, deceptions, and innuendo.
Kerry outsmarted himself--the whole idea(r) is a bit much, and Kerry basically is whining about 84 bucks Bush earned...and which Bush REPORTED on his tax return. The whole idea about Bush being a businessman, and how that connected to taxes...it's a long and winding road, and by the time you get down it you're like, "Why did Kerry send me down this road?"
Thanks. I saw that in the debate. This clears it up for me.
Would've been a good thing to ask, but not nearly as memorable as "need some wood"
If Kerry is worried about $84...then he got shot in Nam...but it was alot closer to the brain than people think (it was actually in the butt...but you can see the hidden menaing of my posting).
If you removed all of Terayza's cash from the accounts, $84 is all Kerry'd have left.
Unless I read that wrong - the $84 is from Lone Star and it's a "Oil and Gas" company net profit? Where did you see lumber? I couldn't find it :(
Much less than that. The amount in question is the medicare tax on the income.
Cheney's point in the Veep debate was that Edwards was dodging medicare taxes on income by calling it a dividend - even though he was the only "employee" of the "corporation". This meant Edwards avoided $600,000 + in TAXES on income of tens of millions of dollars. (perfectly legal, but Silky Pony should spare us the "rich don't pay enough taxes" rhetoric.
If Bush received $84 from a timber company, it really WAS a dividend. Bush didn't materially participate in the business. Unless Kerry wants to buy some wood.
LOL, How pathetic is this guy??Bush owns a lumber company..LMAO!
This election is not between Bush and Kerry; it's between Bush and the MSM.
They are losing their grasp on America and this election will be the end of the biased talking heads.
The MSM has done more stories on Bush's 30 year old dental records than 20 years of sKerry's senate record. They have picked apart Bush's guard record, but I haven't seen one story about the Winter soldier hearings except when they are trying to discredit the Swifties.
OUTSTANDING post--you've summarized so much of this election in one paragraph.
Kerry has never had a job, has married rich women, but he's "gonna fight for you." Drop dead--again.

Thats $8.00 that the Govt had to give back
& nothing infuriates liberals more than being denied spending someone elses money.
Thanks for the information. Unbelievable how swarmy and hypocritical these two pieces of.....................ahem........vermin are.
