Unless I read that wrong - the $84 is from Lone Star and it's a "Oil and Gas" company net profit? Where did you see lumber? I couldn't find it :(
You're right. I guess I was assuming that Senator Kerry was even right about that. I couldn't find it either!
you are right. go to fact check, they acknowledge that even they got it wrong. the oil and gas outfit eventually bought a 50% interest in a tree company, but it was after the $84 payment. Kerry goofed.
