Wow... Ron P. Reagan finally admitted that Bush won the debate!
At the very end of the show, he finally agreed with Pat Buchanan - Kerry won Round 1, Bush won Round 2, and Round 3 will most likely be a draw, and the debates will ultimately have no impact on the election....
Ron Jr. = ungrateful, unqualified turd.
Ratings play. They are selling out. They see huge ratings, and think to themselves, "imagine how much better we'll do if we cater to leftists!" At this rate, they will be identical to the MSM. They don't remember who put them where they were; they have ditched their steady girlfriend at the high school dance for a chance to dance with the Homecoming Queen (who will of course have nothing to do with them).
I have no problem with them playing fair. For instance, last week it was fair to say Kerry won the debate (even though I think it was a Phyrric victory). But this debate...W destroyed Kerry. To say otherwise is to "live in a fantasty world of spin," to borrow a brilliant line from one of the age's greatest political thinkers (/sarcasm).
As I said, I have already sent an e mail, I am going to continue e mailing.
I just wrote to Brit Hume again. Their analysis is boring, one-sided and anything but fair and balanced. But it sure has become predictable!
Yes, I agree, I wish some wealthy Conservative/s would consider starting a true Conservative network moved by ideals and not only ratings & $$$$$$...wishful thinking, eh?. I wouldn't have a problem with a Fair and Balanced network either, if it was really F&B.
I mentioned in my email to Fox that their move to the left was becoming obvious, that I was tired of listening to Terry McAuliffe, Susan Estrich and some of the other Democratic hacks that lately they have been constantly interviewing especially without proper Conservative representation.
I personally have heard enough from Terry McA. I think after both conventions and both debates is enough!
Both Powerline and LTFB have a timeline analysis -- interesting to follow...
My greatest happiness when George Bush wins this election will be, hopefully, never having to see Terry McAwful again.
Fortunately, I had a big dinner tonight! :o)
I agree on all counts including not having to hear Terry McAwful rantings again :)
I will say good night now, have to go with my oldest granddaughter to an early Softball game. Night all.N
Does MSNBC do a transcript of the post debate stuff?
Plus she sure makes the case for exploring alternative lifestyles.
The Fox guys all looked p-o'd that they had to work on a Friday night. I wonder if the mood will change on Beltway Boys tonight.
We'll see. I think I'll send an email off to the Beltway Boys this morning...
Calm down, his 15 minutes of fame are almost over.
