It was horribly biased of Gibson to try to slap Bush and run like a little kid back to his house. I was so proud and amazed with the Solomom style way that Pres. Bush answered it. And he called a spade a spade, questioning the integrity of the question! WAY TO GO BUSH!
It's very sad that the moderators so far have brazenly favored Kerry with softer questions. It's like asking that other famous question: "Have you stopped beating your wife yet"? It's presumptuous and there is no good way to answer it unless you first qualify it as a loaded question. To his great credit, Bush did just that when he gently brought to light that the question was a deception.
I thought the question at the end for Bush was OK. The first question was to Kerry on flip flopping and I think that set him back, and set the tone for the debate. Kerry never recovered. Bush Wins!
I agree. He handled that question deftly, exposing it for what it was.
Me too! The question turned out to be a blessing on many levels. God does work His wonders in mysterious ways!
