I was there too. I was soaked and had to throw out my boots because it was so muddy, but I didn't care bcause I witnessed W and his Laura march into history.
90% of ALL TV is crummy and stupid. I went for almost two years without watching TV and I was a much happier and peaceful person.

It was magic. He went to Nantucket for a long weekend, and when he came back on the campaign he had perfectly even white teeth.

I'm looking forward to my trip to Ann Arbor tommorrow. I've been to a lot of shrines (Rose Bowl, SouthBend, Masters, Boston Garden, Fenwy, Wrigley,Pebble Beach, Wimbeldon) but never that wonderful bastion of college football excellence.
I had an absolute blast last two years with the Michigan traveling contingent up here in the Twin Cities. Tough loss for the Gophs last year, and my friends and I ended up closing down the bars a 3 a.m. with about 15 great "Maze and Blue" stalwarts from all over the country. They were cool beyond belief, and my two buddies and I kept their bidness cards are hooking up with their tailgate before the game.
That's the beauty of College Football ... of all Sports ... of America. If the Browns and Steelers fans can party it up after a game, America is still in pretty damn fine shape. And it is in direct contradiction to the stuff Sissy Matthews was pounding "Kerry supporters and Bush supporters don't live the same lives or talk to each other ... we're fractured and divisive." Baloney. Chris knows no-one outside his little Georgetown cocktail party echo chamber, but America is about folks arguing and fighting and going home friends. At least, the majority of us. That's why November 2, America is going for the President in a big way.
Good lord, Colmes is simply frantic. It is impossible to listen to the screeching skull tonight.
