GREENVILLE, S.C. Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts said during last night's Democratic presidential debate that the threat of terrorism has been exaggerated.
"I think there has been an exaggeration," Mr. Kerry said when asked whether President Bush has overstated the threat of terrorism. "They are misleading all Americans in a profound way."

Of course, if he wins and another attack happens, he will blame it on Bush and the Iraq war.

I'd like to see Kerry repeat that statement in front of the Russian families who helplessly watched their children be back shot and blown up in Russia I doubt if he would leave the room alive.

I saw an article from the Navy Times yesterday on FR, they did a poll of U.S. Serviceman/women (I believe) and the Pres is winning with about 75% of the vote. I wonder why the GOP doesn't hone in on our troops and veterans, and what they think? Especially since we're at War (I don't think the troops think it's an exaggeration).

The campaign commercial that is CRYING to be made is one showing clips of WTC, Cole, Spain,Beslan, beheadings (or scenes leading up to them), Hilton in Egypt, etc. etc...
The closing clip is Horseface saying, "I think the terrorist threat has been exaggerrated."

What about this statement - just right for today - re the UN - and how he'll turn our military - our sovereignty - over to them

Old Crimson Interview Reveals A More Radical John Kerry
Im an internationalist, Kerry told The Crimson in 1970. Id like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations" unquote
And there you have Kerry's "Global Test" - unless he's changed his mine, of course. Flip flopping is the only thing he's consistent about...

Perhaps Kerry will tell us why we have to shut down all shipping to inspect every incoming container."

And he's been consistently against everything that republicans hold dear: family values, prolife, anti gay marriage--the list goes on and on. But he IS consistent!

What is it with the Bush men and running for re-election? I agree totally with you. I can't figure it out. It seems that I care more about the outcome of the election, than Bush seems to. Maybe it's because, if he loses, he goes back to his ranch and the only thing he has to worry about is his Presidential Library. For me, if he loses, then the next day I'm going to start building an arsenal and stocking ammo. I'm afraid I'll need it.

Yeah, Kerry, just ignore that little thing that happened in New York a couple of years ago. It wasn't terror, it was just some misguided youth out on a lark.
F*** you, Kerry. I ain't buying what you're selling!

Well, I wouldn't agree that the Libertarian Party is part of the problem. They're trying to gain voters. Just like any party. To say that trying to get members on board is to be equated with Al Quaeda or the Democratic Party (close to ideologically identical, except one uses explosive govenrment/words, and the other uses plain explosives) is just plain wrong. If Bush hasn't done enough to wrap up his base, then does he deserve to be President? No. And if a new party comes along and strips off enough votes to prevent him from winning, doesn't that mean that he didn't have the solid support he needed to win?
I am a part of a new party (The American Patriot Party at www.patriotparty.us) which has been growing by leaps and bounds each month. Granted, we're not even close to the membership of the Constitution Party, but we're growing. We've been planning and preparing for a big membership push and a big push for accountability from the two major parties. It's real simple. We're not going to start for this push until after Nov. 3 because, quite frankly, we don't want to be mixing up the scenario at this point.
Not that we're not accepting new members to the party, but we're holding off on a big drive. Does that make us part of the problem? No. We're going to hold every group accountable and work on trying to reduce the fraud, waste and abuse in the federal government.

So, Paul you've just dropped out of space warp... so I'll be easy on you... gotta be a buuger adjusting back to earth.. Both partys demotrolls and pubbies have this system so locked up a 3rd party can never make it... many have tried and many have languished on Achems Razor.. Oouch.. I 'll give it ya for effort, no not effort, lets say incidental patriotism.. because it is incidental.. The founding fathers foresaw exactly this senario and provided the 2nd amendment so that we throw a revolution.. in that case.. Start a third party might been an option THIRTY FIVE YEATS AGO.. but the rot is too deep.. The first loss is the cheapest.. pubbies don't know that, neither do you.. biting the bullet to remove a very big Trojan Horse is whats needed.. That bitch is huge.. most of acedemia, all the MSM, Hollyweird, RINO republicans and most major news mags.. Americans don't even know america is NOT a democracy.. They will be no help..
nah! Paul... America has become a gelding, no balls.. those that do could be mopped up in a heartbeat.. Unless a major change takes place we're screwed.. A third party is autistic thinking.. looking at a light bulb through your fingers like an autistic child.. and maybe humming the star bangled bammer while doing it... Conservatives don't want change or they wouldn't be conservative.. We need radical change.. Democrats desperatly want change.. and you know the changes they want as well as I do..
Its getting very close to trying to build a third party is anti-patriotic.. a diversion.. something to buy time for the hoards from mexico to build their pawer base.. Paul you.. yes you, are trying to buy time for the demise of America not the rise of it.. Suggestion: revover from your space trip and get busy in more fruitful pursuist.. Hey! its just a suggestion..
Voting for G. Bush.?.. I am... I have no other real option.. because NOT voting for Bush makes two votes for Kerry. Bush don't get one and the one for Kerry is twice as potent.. Not voting at all SAME DEAL...
