Congressmen Request Investigation of AFL-CIO Attacks

======================= October 7, 2004 Attorney General John Ashcroft U.S. Department of Justice 950 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington DC 20530

Dear Attorney General Ashcroft:

This week, in Orlando, Florida, approximately 100 protestors stormed and ransacked the local Bush-Cheney headquarters injuring one campaign staffer who suffered a broken wrist and causing considerable damage.

According to news accounts, similar "protests" occurred yesterday across the country in Miami, FL; Tampa, FL; Kansas City, MO; Dearborn, MI; St. Paul, MN; Independence, MO; and West Allis, WI. All of the "protests" appear to be a coordinated effort by members of a major labor union to intimidate staff and volunteers of the Bush-Cheney campaign. The AFL-CIO took credit on their own website for these protests that included thousands of workers in 17 cities across the country.

In what is apparently one of those coordinated "protests", the Bush-Cheney headquarters in West Allis, Wisconsin was invaded by more than 50 protestors who disrupted campaign activities and intimidated campaign workers and volunteers. According to the Associated Press, over 100 union protestors physically stormed their way into Bush-Cheney headquarters in Miami, Florida and intimidated volunteers inside. In what could be a related incident, although the perpetrator has not yet been identified, the Knoxville, TN Bush-Cheney office was hit by gun-fire on Tuesday morning, shattering the plate-glass front doors before volunteers showed up for work.

All of these attacks, why hasn't Kerry or Edwards (or both!) condemn these attacks? What about Clinton? Forget him. Kerry and Edwards need to respond to these increasing violent behaviors of uncontrolled liberals running loose.

This should be the biggest story in America right now.

Should be...

Just like Arafat, if Kedwards is dragged into a forced public condemnation, it will be negated by a wink and a nod from his lying rhetoric later.

Because he doesn't have to; the "mainstream" (sic) media isn't hounding him about it. They consider the Swift Boat Vets to be far more heinous than a bunch of fascist union thugs terrorizing a Republican's campaign headquarters.

And some people wonder why we consider the media biased in favor of the Leftists. *spit*

It would be a huge story if Democrat headquarters were being attacked.

Ah, but the press is too busy finding evidence of the widespread disenfranchisement of the dead and non-citizens.

"why hasn't Kerry or Edwards (or both!) condemn these attacks?"

Because they're inciting them.

Well, they failed to disrupt the RNC. So, they're redoubling their efforts on attacking Republican HQs.

Gotta love them, right? This is my old Union. I quit over a year ago and they are still sending me propaganda bashing my President, so I'm sending them material praising G.W. hehe.

I want these criminals pursued and put in jail. They are homegrown terrorists.

This is far more important than arguing about polls. In fact, it's even a little more important than the other criminal conspiracy that Dares Not Speak Its Name, Ratherg---e. (I refuse to use the suffix "g--e" for anything.)

These are slam-dunk cases - no argument about "whodunnit", in fact the AFL-CIO goons have proudly confessed. No other evidence necessary. If unchecked, this is the beginning of a rapid decline into Third World election thuggery taking over here. The AFL-CIO has become a Stalinist, criminal entity since Sweeny took over. Aside from terrorist hunting, there is no more urgent job for the DOJ and Congress. Ashcroft must relentlessly hound Sweeny and this criminal enterprise like Bobby Kennedy did Jimmy Hoffa and the Teamsters, until the heat gets so great that Sweeny meets the same fate Hoffa did - eliminated by his own union to save themselves from total destruction.

As much as I love Bush, avoiding this one to try and wait until he wins the election is not acceptable. This needs to be prosecuted immediately and these creatures made to pay the maximum consequences. In fact, some emergency legislation drastically increasing the federal penalties for this criminality would be in order.

We The People of the United States of America call
upon the Governors of all 50 states to station
National Guard troops to protect all political party
headquarters in each state's major metropolitan areas.
For headquarters in smaller areas, and headquarters
which are more limited facilities, we call upon the
governors to station highway patrol, state police, or
state troopers. We call upon the Mayor of the District
of Columbia to coordinate with the applicable
protective agencies as well. All parties on the
ballot should receive the appropriate protection based
on the size of the metro area they are in and the size
of the facility. If warranted, similar measures should
be put in place to protect the polling places on
Election Day.

Orders to guardsmen and law enforcement officers to
shoot-to-kill upon any mob attack should be issued.

Failure to take such actions should be considered
gross incompetence.

In order to address the possibility that the recent
attacks on headquarters of political parties are a
diversion in advance of acts of terrorism or war, we
also call upon the governors to activate their state
militias and if need be to deputize selected citizens
as special reserve state law enforcement officers.
Where state militias and deputation statutes do not
yet exist, we call upon the affected governors to
sponsor such legislation as is needed in order to
instate the applicable mechanisms.

In God We Trust.

My thoughts exactly. Sure smells like a persistent pattern of corrupt activity.
