Zogby having the best poll in 2000 is a myth.

He hit it head-on in 1996, but in 2000 his last poll had Gore 48% Bush 46% Nader 5%.

The actual result was Bush 48% Gore 48% Nader 3%

That was really no better than any other major pollster.

And these internet polls that he is releasing now are absolutely worthless.

I'm missing something; how are these "internet" polls different from the "regular" polls?

Was Zogby using interactive polling prior to this year? After what the DNC had their minions do to last night's polls it would not be difficult to believe that the DNC also is impacting the Zogby polls. The DNC would have been better off not distorting last nights polls because now the credibility of such polls will forever be suspect.

Did you notice this came out after Vice President Dick Cheney handed Edwards his manhood? We must not pay attention to these bogus polls. The are meant to rattle us and rally their troops.

Ignore the pollsters and get to work getting our people out to the only poll that counts...the one on November 2nd.

Zogby's Internet polls are new this year...

and read the fine print, most of those recently released polls showing Bush behind big were completed BEFORE the debate.

"Ohio is critical. I think Pennsylvania may be lost, but we don't need it. Ohio and Florida are the keys to the White House."

I agree, although it's interesting that Bush could lose Ohio and still win if he took Wisconsin and either New Mexico, Iowa, Minnesota or Oregon.

These are very good results. Rasmussen gives results that are pessimitic for Bush, meaning he's in reality likely doing a little better than what they're showing.

Zogby does not like Bush since the War on Terror. He missed the off year elections in 2002 big time.

I don't believe that is so. I believe that Rassmussen uses an automated telephone polling system.

The million dollar question is where MN will fall. WI has fliped to Bush makes it it very interesting. Bush can probablly afford to take a loss of either OH or FL and still gain 270. Unfortuantly for Kerry there is no wiggle room. He has to hold what Gore won plus 10. With WI in the red he is hurting.
