Last night, Vice President Cheney demonstrated yet again, that he is brilliant, thoughtful, responsible, calm, eloquent, and totally hot.
I posted this picture on a thread last night. It highlights his half smile, the twinkle in his eyes, the knowing look of a man who is confident and comfortable with himself.
He exudes power and humility.
He can hold his own with anybody:
Who would you rather lead you through a storm to safe ground: Vice President Cheney, or the Silky Pony?
He is extremely attractive in every way.
Who better to be vice president?
And there's another aspect of this man, who has shown authority and mastery as a businessman and as an elected leader, an aspect that women in touch with their nurturing instinct will recognize: Vice President Cheney has a certain vulnerability...
For me it's his eyes. They twinkle and are full of mischief. I know Edwards thinks he is one hot dude, but he can't hold a candle to Cheney. Actually Edwards compares more to Clinton......sort of slimy.
I feel the father thing also. He seems like someone who you just can trust with anything. He is like the cool uncle that you go to when you want advice, but don't want to talk to the parents.
Funny I mentioned to my husband that Edward's had girlie hands. I'm a sucker for terrific,masculine hands.
About Cheney, I fell for him the first time I ever heard him speak on C-Span many years ago. I was blown away by how informed he was and how easily he spoke. I remember poking my hubby(it was late and I had the tv earplug in) and saying my God this guy is unbelievable. This was before he was Bush's Sec. of Defense. I've watched him closely since then.

Woo-hoo! I just saw Cheney today!!! He came to Gainesville to talk with small business owners. We went out to show our support and hold the line against the assortment of smelly hippies who showed up on the Kerry side. And one of my friends actually got to meet him at the airport!
Cheney is fantastic. He looked really good, too; no doubt, basking in the glow of his great work chewing up and spitting out Edwards last night!
The man is a real man! and real women, love real men.
He is gentle, kind, gracious, confident, masculine, intelligent, loyal, insightful, and rich as all get out! And he does have that cute little twinkle in his eye!
There is just something adorable about a man that's comfortable in his own skin!

Cheney reminds me of my late father in so many ways -brilliant, quiet, kind, unassuming, rock-solid, does the right thing, says what he means in the least amount of words, is not judgemental, has morals and values ..... I could go on and on. GW is the same way, as was my other hero, Ronald Reagan. These are the kind of people to emulate. I'm so glad they are in the White House. I'm proud to be my father's daughter and doubly proud to be a military brat and a Republican, just like him !!!!

Because he's self-assured, in control, intelligent and unflappable.
I have a similar memory. I remember where I was standing at my parents house watching Cheney speak back in 90 ish and thinking who is this guy? He's awesome. I don't remember what channel etc.
Speaking of Edwards' hands. I've often noticed that both he and Kerry are always giving that stupid "Thumb Up" thingy.
Way back during midieval times, that sign was given as a phallic symbol..........sorta' like "the finger".
I wonder if they know that?
