So much for the AP. The debate is still in progress and they are reporting like it's over.
Cheney made Edwards go out to the peach tree and pick out the switch Cheney's beating him with now....
Edwards' mic is a lot higher up on his tie, above his jacket. They put Cheney's mic in a place where it keeps getting muffled by his jacket.
I wish Cheney would take off the damn gloves. IMO he's performing slightly better than Dubya did the other night.
And I'm listenting to VP Cheney take the Silky Pony to the Glue Factory.
Look how far down the story it took for them to qoute Cheney... Bias???
If I hear Edwards say "john Kerry and I have a plan..." one more time, I will scream!!
Why are they reporting in the past tense, the blasted debate is still in process.
Edwards is a Wus Jr. He's supposed to be this brillian attorney who made bundles of money as a trial lawyer, he has no creativity whatsoever, he isn't bringing anything new to the table. He's simply repeating what Kerry said in the Presidential debate.
Cheney with his laid back demeanor is doing extremely well.
Well cut me another piece of apple pie, Dick Cheney, you took the ship to good harbor. What can one say? With all respect to the President, in this debate Dick Cheneys wagon took over hauling the payloads of George W. Bushs perceived shortcomings in his debate, a debate which was only five days ago but somehow now seem a century ago. Thank you, Vice President Dick Cheney, you were fabulous, and the school boy took the loss thanks to your aptitude, acumen and presentation of the issues. This was a home run for the Bush-Cheney team. There is no question about it.
Kerry did it, and just now Edwards did it. While listening to a rebuttal, they both picked up a pen and started writing in a really intense and focused way.
Guys, does your debate coach seriously not see how phony that looks?
"We stumble into town just like a sacred cow
Visions of swastikas in my head
Plans for everyone
Its in the white of our eyes"
Best Cheney line to Johnny Boy IIRC - "I've been president of the Senate for 4 years and until you walked onto this stage I've never met you"
