And when was freerepublic.com ever freebuildthemoatrepublic.com?
And why is the JBS still on message about getting the United States out of the U.N., while most FReepers and Pubbies still won't help? Could be they LIKE THE UNITED NATIONS and are eagerly anticipating the day the U.S. is completely subsumed into the new world order?
Please note: I know not all FReepers are comsymps, but you all are claiming to be at least somewhat conservative, what with being Republican, and all, yet the Birchers regularly get flamed.
Nothing like a big mouth to go with your pitiful ignorance. You "flamers" (you know who you are) ought to put your money, time, and effort where your mouth is or STFU!
Now if you all will excuse me, I see my daily flame bath is drawn.
yet the Birchers regularly get flamed.
Could it be that many have...a tenuous grasp on reality?
Eisenhower a communist spy? give me a break.
Didn't the JBS accuse Eisenhower of being a Communist dupe?
I can't really summon as much anger and disdain towards them as I would have for the real enemy, the communists and leftists and social libertines.
Still, some here on FR, can manage to do that. You'll see it unfurl here on this thread for sure.
The JBS have some elements of their platform which make sense. However they ruined their credibility with outrageous claims about Ike and by not clearly and geuninely refuting anti Semitism.
ernie.cal in da house? ;) LOL......
Are the Birchers against free trade?

Yes they are
The John Birch Society on Racism and Anti-Semitism
The John Birch Society on Racism and Anti-Semitism
as far as Ike, read the book The Politician
Thank you for recognizing the value JBS has in the conservative movement and not joining the liberal/globalist attack on JBS in this thread.
I'm not sure, you may find the answer in "The Politician"
What?
No, of course not. May I direct your attention to the "Stop the FTAA" website? Please read what this is about. The FTAA is not about "free trade", but it is about CONTROL. If it were only about trade and nothing else, it would still be disadvantageous for the U.S., but if enacted, and enforced as it is written, it would destroy our national sovreignty by melding our government, our laws, and our financial system with those of the Marxist countries in Central and South America. Our borders would effectively be eliminated as a barrier to mass migration and infiltration of terrorists from anywhere on earth. And the FTAA is designed to be but a building block in developing a New World Order under the auspecies of the United Nations. Have a look at what the European Union has devolved into. That will be the European building block, and the other will be the Asian countries.
Our Congress will be voting on the FTAA sometime early next year. You can either get involved in stopping it, or simply sit back and do nothing if you want to watch it all happen.
I, myself intend to fight it every inch of the way, so that when I am old I can look my grandchildren in the eye and tell them I fought against it.
ROFL!!
Many countries in Europe are sorry they joined the EU. Once you sign one of those pacts, you give up your national sovereignty and much more.
