France and Germany have already rejected Kerry's main Plan for Iraq.

Has Ketchup Boy have anything else to offer?

"We`d give Iran nuclear materials, and if they used it for weapons, we`d have to put sanctions on them..." Isn`t that like giving Jason a machete and telling him not to kill you or you`ll call the cops?

Lurch just wants to make friends. Just show Iran that you mean them no harm, help them out with something they want to do, dismantle the U.S. nuclear weapons programs to set an example, and they'll love us.

There are already some threads on this topic. We expect Dan Rather will report this failure of Kerry's suggestion every day until the election. Reality intrudes on Kerry's world.

Well, give Kerry time to arrange a summit meeting with the allies first, for crying out loud!

arrange a summit meeting with the allies first,

right, summit first, than have them all take the Global Test. Find out the ones who passed and the ones who were globally tested(pc of course). re-administer the test to those who were challanged. curve the grade than hold more talks.
While this very important process is taking place, ignore the dictator, terrorist, etc that are killing innocent people. that can wait. the test and summit are more important.
No matter what, seek the advice of France.

Every time I read about the Iranians and their nukes, I can't help but think about the French soldiers talking to King Arthur in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail".
