Liberal Democrat Clooney faces felony charge.

A Virginia-based campaign ethics watchdog group sent a letter to a federal prosecutor in Lexington asking him to look into whether Democratic congressional candidate Nick Clooney illegally promised jobs to staff members of retiring U.S. Rep. Ken Lucas.

Clooney is running for the 4th District seat against Hebron business consultant Geoff Davis, a Republican, and Michael Slider, a teacher from LaGrange and the Independent candidate.

Yep, he is. I remember when he was a movie pitchman/introducer on AMC. He talked one time about his background as a local anchorman, and spent considerable time denying the liberal bias in the networks. Proved to me instantly that he's a flaming lib - anyone who denies the media's liberal bias is too liberal to see it.
