WASHINGTON -- John F. Kerry improved his image with voters who watched his debate with President Bush last week but didn't significantly shift their choice in the presidential race, a Los Angeles Times Poll of debate viewers has found.
While the debate generally did not diminish impressions of Bush on most questions, it did restore some of the luster Kerry had lost amid relentless Republican pounding since his party's convention in July, the poll found.
The key political question will be whether those gains in Kerry's image will help him peel away voters from Bush in the days ahead.

Any vote that Kerry peels away from Bush was never a Bush vote to begin with. Bush voters are true patriots, they would never cross over to the dark side, never!
Undecideds are pathetic.
1% hey? Again, wait until the polls taken starting Monday.
Ruh, Roh! Looks like Momentum Kerry... LOL.
I'll put the pills back in the bottle...I won't kill myself til Mon then....sarcasm(not directed t you)
yeah bit didn't the new NewsweeK poll show 1100 rv are now liking Kerry 49 to 46??
How can NW shift THAT much...I just do not get it.
They had an 11% swing in the number of Democrats to Republicans in the poll. Obviously the 11% was in favor of Democrats.
Really, or is that just a guess? Did they oversample Dims?
Ruh, Roh! Looks like Momentum Kerry... LOL."
Re ..Momentum
Momentum = Mass X Velocity (thanks Newton)
Since John F'n "fliop-flop fop" Kerry is a fop (empty suit) mass = ZERO
And Velocity has speed and direction.
Since John F'n "flip-flop fop" Kerry is a flip-flop, his resultant direction = ZERO
Consequently Velocity = Zero.
Thus for John F'n "flip-flop fop" Kerry his (mas X velocity) Momentum is a Pair Of Spectacles (ZERO - ZERO)
For a view of what a Zero Momentum John F'n "flip-flop fop Kerry looks like....view the tag line.
Enjoy (again)
Drudge's tiny headline above the huge one:
LA TIMES POLL SUNDAY: Bush's favorability rating among debate viewers actually improved slightly (although within the survey's margin of error). Before debate, 51% of watchers viewed Bush favorably, 49% unfavorably; after, numbers were 52% and 47%...
Matt Drudge - you fell for it
But at least you have the LA Times headline there - now.

The game is on by much of the collapsing old line media. The Newspeak poll showing Kerry up by two is just the beginning. Rember they loaded their poll with Demos after the GOP convention to give W a twelve point lead. They did this to take the president doen when the time was right. We need to keep our eyes on Rasmussen,Battleground, and other non-media oriented reputable polls. Newspeak and their liberal buddies will do all they can to encourage Kerry'sagging base and discourage our own. Dont let it happen.Senator Wormtongue and his coresive utopians will lose to the King!

Wonder if the LA Times cooks its polls?
