It's not unusual these days for men to have manicures. If you're used to having them, as he is, it's relaxing. Geez, there's enough to get him on besides something as stupid as this.

Sure, that's true - BUT - the image is of Kerry relaxing in his hotel suite with private Spa attendants while Bush is meeting with hurricane victims and offering support - we all KNOW that Bush is taking care of himself physically as well, but Kerry (or his staff) seem to have a knack for getting this stuff in front of people...

Just what I was about to state.

Come on you freebees, I'm new and don't know how to get into most bloggers, but this should be put on as many
web pages as possible. It most likely will NOT be on any other news.

I know NO man that would get a manicure before the most important event in his life.

To me, a women, this makes Kerry a "girly man [sissy].

While looking for headless horseman, I found this gem.

http://www.theoutlaws.com/ghosts1.htm

Out of the badlands of the Rio Nueces and across the pages of western lore galloped the most fearsome rider of all time, the dreaded Headless Horseman of South Texas Brush Country. Unlike Washington Irving’s mysterious rider in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, this mounted specter was no figment of the imagination by any means. People called him El Muerto, the Dead One, and all who saw him ran screeching like banshees into the night. El Muerto brought terror and fear to the south plains for years.

Frannie, no offense, but in this day and age, many business men get manicures. it's just the way it is. I see nothing wrong with wanting to take care of yourself and your personal hygiene. Plus, for many (including myself) a manicure and pedicure is very relaxing!)

Could this "man" be a softer candidate? Can you imagine if he gets into office? We will be the laughing stock of the world.

We would almost be lumped in with the french.

Trust me, the bloggers are already aware (and ecstatic about) the Poodle's time soaking his nails in Palmolive liquid.

No doubt Letterman and Leno and Conan are also being notified.

Good luck Senator.

Yeah, but he need to come across as tough.

This doesn't help. If he wanted a manicure, he shouldn't have let the press know.

I cut my nails with the scissors on my Swiss army knife (drives my wife crazy - she says it looks like weasels chewed them).

But then I'm not a girly-man, narcisistic, metrosexual like poodle boy.

Brit brings the manicure up during the roundtable.

They all agree it is not manly. Fred says the guy needs to go bowling or do something normal. They go to break cracking up.

Someone said why do they announce these things and Brit said "Believe me, they didn't".

I had gotten the idea that Carl's source were those twittering salon girls and so it would seem. LOL

That would explain the man hands.

Dick Cheney smacks Kerry a good one. From Reliable Sources

• Meanwhile, above-average news from Duluth, Minn.: During a town hall meeting yesterday, Lynne Cheney asked her husband what the yellow shirts on the volunteers reminded him of? The vice prez shook his head. She said: "I'll say it. John Kerry's suntan." Laughter ensued from the crowd, reports The Post's Ovetta Wiggins.
