Yes, my little Sadie, Shady Lady is the best! Of my three, she is the low pup on the totem pole, but the sweetest little creature you'll ever hold. She's affectionate, calm and makes you feel so special. I'm so lucky she chose me as her human. Her ears have perked up since that photo and Sadie is the slut puppy of the neighborhood. Everyone loves her and she loves everyone.

I was just posting that I'm calm regarding the election but I am some what on edge and praying for our country's safety the next three days.

Same here. I woke up this morning feeling so calm, peaceful and good about the election, but now reality is setting in and the importance of this election has come home. We had our nephew and his fiancee for dinner and it brought it all to light. He is definitely pro-W, but she was one of those hard to find, truly undecided young people (28 yrs. old.). By the time they left, and I had gone through a four year college course equivalent lecture, she was definitely gonna vote for our president, but the fact that she hadn't spent any time paying attention the last 6 months scared the hell out of me. I find it hard to believe that not all are the political animals we are.

I'm surrounded by democrats around here and he concerned some with the fake GB papers and his remark about the VPs daughter. They don't like Theresa either.
This may not be enough for them to vote republican but it may result in a no vote.

I'll take a no vote any day!!! My own mother dislikes W so much she won't vote for him. I asked her not to vote at all since she doesn't like sKerry either. This year is definitely not the year to go Libertarian. What is an honorable pubbie supposed to do? In previous years I've never tried to interfere with anyone's vote. This year I'm rabid. I'll bite anyone who won't vote for our President!!!!!!

I wouldn't worry too much - I teach college, and from my observations most of the truly clueless youth (who would tend to break for Kerry) are too clueless to register in time, much less obtain an absentee ballot or drag themselves to the polls. The fewer of them that vote, the more our votes count for.

Ah yes, in Martha's perfect world...
But this one intended to vote and had no idea for whom she would vote until she got in the booth. That is scary. We covered everything I could think of and finally what hit her was when I mentioned that W would, as a lame duck pres. probabl get social security reform through and she and our nephew might then have a chance to secure their future.
As I said, scary!!!!
