IT WAS LATE, KERRY SAID, REFERRING TO NOON [09/29 08:52 AM]
The good news is John Kerry did an interview on Good Morning America, and he was asked about his "I voted for it before I voted against it" comment.
Kerry responded, "No, it wasnt classic at all. It just was a very inarticulate way of saying something, and I had one of those inarticulate moments late in the evening when I was dead tired in the primaries and I didn't say something very clearly."
Hey, it happens! No big deal. Everybody has made a comment that doesn't make sense late at night... except...
I actually did vote for his $87 billion, before I voted against it, [Kerry] told a group of veterans at a noontime appearance at Marshall University. He went on to explain that he preliminarily backed the request, so long as it was financed not by deficit spending but with a tax surcharge on the wealthy that Bush opposed.
As Bush spokesman Steve Schmidt suggested, maybe his watch was on Paris time.

Have you ever seen a candid picture of her in a non-politcal rally setting where she is not holding some sort of adult beverage?
They've given up on him.
Sorry, but his noodle was fried long before this.
The physicist Wolfgang Pauli was once asked to teach a class that started at 9:00 AM. "Impossible," said Pauli, "I never stay up so late."
After his August from Hell and his Spinning Wheels September, perhaps we should reform your question thusly:
How can his campaign be so lame?
LOL
True. He looks up ONLY to Tedezuh, and her body is NOT celestial.
Can we e-mail this to "The Note"?
John Kerry: crunchy wonton surprise.
Hey, whatever gets you through the night, er, through noontime, John.
How long until he "clarifies" his remarks, which Karl Rove will surely "take out of context"?
When he does, they'll shove it up his nose and say that he flip flops even on what time of day it is!
When he's on his knees beggin' for an advance on his allowance.
And...she's been putting on some poundage, what with all those 3 star catered boxed lunches and stops at the local Wendy's she could be mistaken for an errant satelite.
I encourage you to do so. However, as I got it from the must-read Kerry Spot on National Review Online, I suspect "The Note" has it already.
Please forward it along to them. I'm going to send it to Laura Ingraham now.
It's Five O'Clock Somewhere...
Well it's too late baby...
Hey, the crack of noon IS late if you've just pulled an all-nighter!
It's like, 'Yawn, he lied again?' Not surprised he lied, just constantly amazed how far the media goes to coddle his lies and explanations of lies.
But naturally, I am surprised, no, irritated by his constant explanations of regular human things. He doesn't fall, he was pushed. He doesn't sweat, it was hot. Next, he'll rip open his shirt to show us the giant 'S' on his costume.
Kerry responded, "No, it wasnt classic at all. It just was a very inarticulate way of saying something, and I had one of those inarticulate moments late in the evening when I was dead tired in the primaries and I didn't say something very clearly."
There are entire calendars of 'Bushisms' and the late nite shows love to spoof and laugh and mock the President about his little mis-articulations. But when Kerry 'goofs' or out and out lies it is quickly explained away or dismissed or just overlooked because the media and tv people are soooo 'caring'. Gag.
This is a small incident which reveals a greater truth. Kerry cannot laugh at himself and he is never to blame for anything, no matter how trivial. Rather than shake his head and laugh it off as a poor choice of words he has to try and justify it by inventing a lie.
It must be another of his fantasies permanently seared into his memory.
So Clintonesque. Didn't his Mom tell him not to say anything when he's tired, like Bill's Mom told him? Two peas in a pod.
