No they won't....watch how smooth this will be done....haven't you noticed how smooth things are handled by the republicans? The next thing you know it's done...extremely quiet. And very little is said about it. Hide and watch!!!

I hope that the power of the pajamahadeen and bloggers can make a difference in identifying vote fraud. The best evidence would presumably be statistical evidence.

ACORN? Right here:

If you thought the New Left was dead in America, think again. Walk through just about any of the nation’s inner cities, and you’re likely to find an office of ACORN, bustling with young people working 12-hour days to “organize the poor” and bring about “social change.” The largest radical group in the country, ACORN has 120,000 dues-paying members, chapters in 700 poor neighborhoods in 50 cities, and 30 years’ experience. It boasts two radio stations, a housing corporation, a law office, and affiliate relationships with a host of trade-union locals. Not only big, it is effective, with some remarkable successes in getting municipalities and state legislatures to enact its radical policy goals into law.

She wouldn't say sh!t. Since she was going to jail, the registration forms got locked in our property room ... so at least those 70 illegal votes won't happen! There's really nothing to "check out" unless the forms were completed with fake names or something ... in his case they were all blank with the exception that on every one of them someone had already checked the "I am a U.S. Citizen" box. The "evidence" is completely anecdotal ... a person who makes her living committing forgery was registering voters... hmmmm....

What was the eventual disposition of this stop? Were the voter registration forms confiscated or otherwise part of her case?

Have there been other instances of felonies that also included possession of registration forms?

The forms were locked up in the property room, but only because her HUGE purse was too big for the jail to take.

I haven't heard of any other cases ... but knowing the low class of people that ACT and the dems are employing for voter registration, I imagine there have been others.

I've emailed all of the above ... realistically, though, there is no "proof" that she was doing anything illegal with the forms... it just didn't pass the stink test.

I hope somebody somewhere notifies the board of elections of your state (or whatever state the forms were from) about this, if it is legally possible to do so.

Here in Florida during the last elections, a Dem committee member was arrested (in either Dade or Broward counties, I don't remember which) driving around with a voting machine and a box of ballots in his car. He was stopped for some other reason, and I never heard whether he was ever charged with anything in relation to the voting machine. Probably not. The problem with election fraud is that the laws against it seem to be pretty weak and generally rather vague, and hence are not usually enforced.

Have you forgotten the "matricula consular" fiasco?

The Dems wholeheartedly supported acceptance of this form of identification from these potential democrat voters.

Go to Tom Tancredo's website...he's THE MAN when it comes to these matters here in Colorado!

I think most of us have known for quite awhile that Democrats will cheat to win. But I am more worried this election year than any other because of the pure hatred and ignorance many democrats have for Bush. I have no doubt they are committing fraud in this election and I think it's worse than in 2000. I agree we have to do everything we can to stop this fraud and bring it to public attention. We can't just talk about it if we aren't prepared to do whatever we can in our current position to fix the problem. I just hope that the Bush Campaign and the RNC are taking this very serious and have equal or even more resource's to find and prevent these things from happening before the election and on election day. We need an equal amount of lawyers at these polling places if not more. This is a very serious threat and I think the election fraud committed by the Democrats this election is worse than it has been in quite awhile. We have to do whatever it takes to prevent this and get President George W. Bush Re-elected this November.

Please Pass Emergency Anti-Vote Fraud Measure Immediately!
Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty

Please send the following message to your Congressmen and Senators:

Please pass, on an expedited basis, emergency legislation to require voters to show ID at all polling places on Election Day.

Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty. There is a significant amount of evidence emerging that evinces a wide-spread plot to engage in massive voter fraud. Thus, Congress must take immediate action to counter this potential menace.

Congress has the express power to dictate the time, place, and manner in which federal elections are held. The congressional power to make or alter time, place, or manner of federal elections extends to the regulation of voter registration. Federal regulation of the electoral processes, including the regulation of federal voter registration, is also consistent with the Tenth Amendment and permissible; although states do have broad discretion to enact and implement registration procedures, states may not transgress the Constitution. It follows that state voter registration and Election Day statutes that are inconsistent with federal voter registration and Election Day mandates are preempted.

As per the Federal Court in Byrd v. Brice, the government may require a voter to furnish proof of identity at the polling place on Election Day. Such a measure would go a long way in protecting citizens’ federal voting rights from fraudulent practices.

Please set to work immediately on enacting emergency legislation to require a valid ID at the polling places on Election Day.
