I am stoked. I hope they make it.
Who is the crew going aloft. They have to have 3 aboard to qualify right?

By the time of the launch, how many posts do you figure we'll have to sort through to get the live comments?

This proves America's contribution to the world. Name one other nation where this could possibly happen?

Who is the crew going aloft. They have to have 3 aboard to qualify right? No, they can launch with a crew of one and enough ballast to simulate two additional people. Scaled Composites has been awfully tight-lipped about the crew size. I'd ordinarily expect that they'd go with the single-man launch... but if they were doing that, there'd be no reason not to announce it. I'm holding out hope for a surprise: Burt Rutan and Paul Allen climb into the cockpit tomorrow.
Unlikely, but a man can dream. Paul, you are forgiven for inflicting EMP on Seattle. Thank you for helping bring Space Ship One to the world.
