I do seem to recall that Poland did have some troops fighting with the Allies at the end of the war, though I forget how they'd managed to get out of Poland.
I'm pretty sure Greece and Norway did not, I'm guessing for the author's purposes partisans and Allied powers that did have any troops fighting don't count (otherwise the list would be much longer).
The Phillipines, OTOH, I have no idea.

Concerning US allies in WW II, at the end of the war many of the former allies had been taken over by the Nazis. Polish pilots played a key role in the Battle of Britain that saved Britain. Free French troops played a role in victories in North Africa. But neither France nor Poland were "allies" toward the end of the war.
