I do seem to recall that Poland did have some troops fighting with the Allies at the end of the war, though I forget how they'd managed to get out of Poland.
I'm pretty sure Greece and Norway did not, I'm guessing for the author's purposes partisans and Allied powers that did have any troops fighting don't count (otherwise the list would be much longer).
The Phillipines, OTOH, I have no idea.
You've heard of Bataan and Corregidor and the whole death march thing. Though I think the Japanese marched captured American and Filipino troops to Manilla and not Bataan, regardless, most were murdered along the way.
