You've heard of Bataan and Corregidor and the whole death march thing. Though I think the Japanese marched captured American and Filipino troops to Manilla and not Bataan, regardless, most were murdered along the way.

We only had seven allies with us at the end of World War II.

Obviously there were Filipino troops at with us when Japan invaded...but after they were occupied were their units reformed?
