If you can get out on 10/2, show the Puget Sound area rats that Rossi is well supported here and will be our next Washington State governor! Help to insure that Chris(tine) Gregoire is looking for a new job come Nov 2nd.

Just got this today and thought you may be interested and better able to spread the word locally. As usual, if I'm stuck at work, I'll make some visits!

I really like Rossi. He seems like a great guy, and you can bet I'll be voting for him come election day.

At the same time, Washington is so freaking off-the-chain liberal, his chances here are slim at best. He's currently trailing by double-digits.

I am hoping for a miracle here, or that when his debate with Gregoire airs that he spanks her silly. Even then, am beginning to think the state would elect Saddam Hussein with Khameini running as Lt. Governor before putting a Republican into office.

I agree. Never say die though. It may not take a miracle but it's a damn hard fight in the People's Republic of WA. I learned about perspective when Carlson went down in flames last time around!

Just FYI the Bridge People Regulars will be at their usual post on I-5 at Exit 122 Camp Murray, that exit will definitely be covered with flags etc..

Survey USA (9/22):

Gregoire: 47%
Rossi: 46%

It's definitely within reach!

Oooooooohhh! Thanks for posting. I will try to make it.

My neighbor is a campaign worker for Rossi and He hints that Bush and maybe even Arnold may come to Washington in October to stump for Rossi. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Really?

I'd love to see that. Wouldn't hurt to send either Laura or Zell here, either. I thought Arbold wasn't going to campaign out of state, though. I'll keep my fingers crossed it happens.

G.W. inspires conservatives, Laura speaks to women, Arnold to minorities & immigrants, and Zell to conservative Dems. To make WA turn Red Bush needs to hit all these demos hard.

I do love Rossi. I can't remember feeling that way about any Rep in WA since I came of age, years ago.

correction- since I truend 18, about 9 years ago.

Though I wasn't a conservative for 4 of those years. LOL Still, I was moderate and voted for a few Reps. Rossi's the first one I genuinely think could go places, though WA is a tough sell.

Wasn't Dino Rossi the lead singer for the Supremes back in the 60's?

I saw a funny car coming down Aurora the other day. It had bumper stickers Murray, Dean, and Rossi.

Sadly I share your pessimism. How many more Boeing-like relocations till the electorate "gets it"?

Think you are not right on your assessment. Dino had the best chance of winning that any R in 20 some years. He is being endorsed by just about everybody except the DNC and Moveon.org. :)

What's a DNC? What's a moveon.org? Does that mean they will? =)
