I want victory. I want to win. Yes! That's how he started his rant. Thanks for posting the thread, Gail!

That was from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." It's a midnight movie, which has had a cult following for years and years. There's a scene where Dr. Frank-N-Furter, played by Tim Curry, kills Meatloaf. The he shrugs and says, "It was a mercy killing."
To: Rutles4Ever
As in, "I won't be ruled by this pope!" Good point. I hadn't thought of it, but that would be completely in keeping with his (lack of) character.

Remember Allawi was NOT the USA's first choice. In fact he was an outspoken critic of the USA.
That makes his speech today all the more poinient AND it makes Kerry's words all the more DISGUSTING.
People who support kerry should be embarrased and humiliated to support such a small minded excuse for a man.

How would an apology get Kerry off the hook? It would completely paint him into a corner. I say he does it.
To: mwl1
Perhaps apology is the wrong word--just say he is sorry for them.

Who the freaking hell does this ass think he is...
You just said it. He's an ass.

Rush touched on an interesting topic.
MONEY!
Kerry is pulling back commerical buys. He is reducing the number of states he is running ads with Bush having no such pullback.
Could this LOUDER more volitile Kerry be an effort to get as much free media as possible?
Could kerry be leaping left in order to shore up the FINANCIAL BASE in order to protect the party if not himself?
Does anyone have a way to track his contributors and his coffers?

Somebody needs to interview Zell Miller for his take on this.
