Grandparents Of 10-Year-Old Sue Mother, Drug Company For Wrongful Death
The accompanying jpg appears to depict pistol practice. The story is about prozac litigation related to a double murder. The editors could easily have run a photo of prozac pills. Opinions?

The lawsuit filed by Lohstroh's mother and stepfather says the drug company was negligent in failing to make sure the drug was safe for all foreseeable uses, committed fraud by failing to disclose information about Prozac's safety, made false representations about its product and breached the implied warranty that Prozac is "safe, effective and well-accepted for use by the consumer." Remember how Tipper Gore wanted all of America to have free Prozac. When ever I see Gore in the sad state he is in today, I think he is on some kind of anti depressant, because they cause weight gain.

Nice touch with the cig and the zombied stares of Algore's followers. One question, who's in the mugshot? Is that Marv Albert? ;-)

" Matthews said the 10-year-old retrieved the gun from a zipped bag in his mother's closet."Here in Texas, that makes the boy's mother and her new husband responsible, since the law requires that firearms be stored securely from minors.
Oh, yeah: it occurred in Galveston.
