A Juan Hinosa (D-Tex) travelled with Cleland to bug GWB in Crawford. He is from the same area as Lucy Ramirez mentioned in the Article. The article quotes Reuben Hinojosa (D-Tex) who is also from the same area, but obviously not the same guy.
Are they related or known collaborators?

I did a search and came up with a Lucy Ramirez who runs a health clinic. She was highly praised by Texas Democrat Congressman Rubén Hinojosa.
