Alright, so Burkett claims he got the documents from Lucy Ramirez. So who is she?
Here is the most likely candidate I can find via googling, though not very likely;

Director of Nuestra Clinica del Valle in Pharr TX.
bunghole! the hole at the bottom of wooden beer (wine) barrel plugged with a stopper.
Lucy in the sky with diamonds?
That Pic looks like Theresa-Heinz-Kerry after her hubby loses the election ........
The fangs are out!
Who is Art Van de Lay?
I agree. Glad I don't have to lurk over there. However, I would not characterise them as "cute" when they are angry. It is enjoyable to see them angry, though.
First thing I thought when I saw the picture. Bet she wears "comfortable" shoes.
"That's a MAN, baby!"
Latex baron.
Great story, PJ-Comix (our dare I say it... Karl).
In the Seinfield series, whenever George Costanza needed an Alibi or an untraceable scapegoat he would attribute things to "Art van de Lay" - spelling indeterminate, try Vandelay. Basically, "Art Vandelay = "a weasel's alibi".
Dr. Van Nostrand just told me who Lucy is...
I was gasping for breath by the end of your post. Egad, DUmmies are so much fun!!!
Could this be Lucy Ramirez ? This one was director of the Hidalgo County Bar Associationi in Texas. She is commenting on a dispute between a Democrat and Republican judge.

You'll need to have access to Nexis to get it.

Hmmm...
Lucy: AKA The Soft Talker. We'll know her role soon enough, if Burkett comes out wearing a pirate shirt.
If it were an official document, they may not use the familiar "Lucy."
Burkett, not only copied them at the Kinko's, he also faxed them from Kinko's.
That my guess for this morning.
Thanks. I've been googling all over to find the reference. But apparently there's also a real Art Van de Lay, the name of a latex business?
