Well, I've dug around a bit and found how Dan Blather tracked down Lucy Ramirez, Bill Burkett's source for the Bush memos.

Actually I think Burkett misheard the name. I think it must have been Lucy RICARDO, not Ramirez.

It all makes sense now. Remember how Burkett was institutionalized, I'll bet she was one of the psychiatrists (her fee was only a nickle).
Yes, Lucy does have some 'splaining to do! But so does Billy Boy, Dan Blather, Mary Mapletree, etc...
