Judge Wendy York has recused herself and rescinded her order to keep Nader off the NM ballot, just reported on KKOB AM radio by Larry Aherns.
A day after the order was published, she was found to have donated to Kerry's campaign.
State democrats are "saddened".

she wsa "found" to have donated,,,oh,,,not like she would want to recuse herself from the beginning because she knew she donated....
What a slime!

Arrogant sneaky bitch. I hope she is brought up on ethics charges.
To: greyfoxx39
She should be impeached as never again can anyone assume her impartiality on anything!

Seems to be good news.
What is the likelihood that another judge will just toss him off the ballot again though?
Does the NM Supreme Court tend to be liberal or conservative?

And this is the only we know about. It's an anthill. A few of these activists come to the surface and get squashed. The rest are busy busy busy underneath...

Good luck finding a liberal judge who hasn't donated money to Kerry.

The Dems are desperate, this is a sure sign that the fix is in.
Her liberal buddy will get the case and make the same ruling in a couple days.

Does the NM Supreme Court tend to be liberal or conservative? i tend to believe they are crooked... my parents are from NM and most of our family live in NM... it's not uncommon for some judges to be paid for favorable judgments... and i'm not making this up... even the little people can pay off a judge (my cousin)...
To: greyfoxx39
A $1000 donation.....she should be impeached immediately.
To: greyfoxx39
What she means is the pajama people found out she had donated to Kerry.

Dims are always "saddened" when caught red handed.
Tiny Tom Daschle is "saddened" about whatever.
Edwards is "saddened" by Cheney's comments.
The word "saddened" must have some focus-group tested meaning to Dims.

I can't keep up with all of this, but I think this judge, or a judge in another state who did the same thing, was outed on FR as a Kerry donor.
I wouldn't know how to confirm it, but I THINK I saw a Reply to an earlier thread which posted the evidence.
