There should be basic literary(is that spelled right?) tests. By the time your are 18 years old you should be able to read a basic sentence in ENGLISH!

Ok so that is not good enough. If you register to vote at say 17.5 years you should have to take a simple reading test. That way if you cannot read you will be given help for the next 6 months by Jessie Jackson(yeah right) so you can pass the test at the polls.

This brings me to another observation. Jessie Jihad Jackson is no better the the Mullahs that keep thier followers ignorant. I would venture to guess that over 90% of muslims get thier daily news from the Mosque, why? The can not read!

So why would Jessie Jihad Jackson try to improve the abilities of Blacks? He doesn't Because if they got the "story" on thier own they would sh*tcan Jessie Jihad Jackson in a minute!

Remember when it was a felony to file a false complaint? I know "whites" get prosecuted for doing it, but what about others?

Bush won't win by the 10-13pts that current polls show, but he will win by around 52% to Kerry's 45%, and my guess is by about 100 to 138 EVs over Kerry.

It won't be a landslide but it won't be close, either. Challenges by Kerry won't have a leg to stand on, and it will only make the dems look even worse, alienate more moderate democrats, and further alienate the 45 to 50% of the electorate that can't stand them anyway.

"and it will only make the dems look even worse,"

I hope they try it!!! That will also marginalize the 2000 challenge as well (as if it wasn't obvious enough as to what they were doing).

Black conservative ping

If you want on (or off) of my black conservative ping list, please let me know via FREEPmail. (And no, you don't have to be black to be on the list!)

Extra warning: this is a high-volume ping list.

the test for dade county should be dumbed down too,

hold a pebble in right hand, close fist.
hold closed fist up (remember right hand) and also
simultaniously hold up left hand with palm fully exposed.
now ask "which hand is the rock in?"
a large percentage of the chad challenged will fail this test, but a sharp lawyer will catch the trick HA!
you asked which hand is the rock in when in fact it was a pebble, nuanced you say? well you are obviously trying to disinfranchise the bingo block. you damn evil karl rove operative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So it starts. The only "voters" that might be intimidated, and rightfully so, are those people who are voting ILLEGALLY! I guess there is just something about the concept of "illegal" that rabblerousing RATs are simply too stupid to grasp.

Anybody with a legal right o vote, has recourse to prove their eligibility, well, except in the cases where some neighborly RAT has already voted for them! Hence the need for ID at the polls! I am happy to say that there has been a crackdown here, at least in the area where I live now. I had to jump through hoops to get registered to vote, and have been reminded twice to have my voter registration card with me when I go to the polls. I hope there is a similar crackdown around the state, although I would be surprised if certain RAT infested counties are very affected by the changes.

Ok.. and the problem with having an intelligence test prior to voting is????

Poll Tax - NO
IQ Test - YES!

Oh, and SPEAKING ENGLISH should be a determining factor too.
No Ballots in Mandarin Dammit!

On the contrary, the rats know exactly what they are doing. Not letting them get away with it, is the biggest challenge we face.

Poll tax, yes.I believe that the national budget deficit should be divided equally by the number of registered voters. There's your poll tax.Only those who pay should vote. Why do we let the homeless and destitute vote? They should demonstrate that they have a handle on their own lives before they can have a say in the governing of the nation.

Yeah, maybe I should have clarified more.

I was thinking 1950's 'deep south' type Poll Tax prohibiting only blacks from voting. Your idea isn't bad - want to vote, pay a buck or two.

By FEDERAL law, ballots and voter information are available in 7 languages. I'm happy to know that one of them is English. The others, as I recall, are: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Tagalog.

For those that don't know the above 7 languages, they are allowed helpers/translators to assist them with the vote. Just in my district, the local water quality report was mailed out recently and was available in 11 languages.
