Rather Lashes Out at Fox News Reporter
Embattled CBS anchorman Dan Rather lashed out on Saturday after he was challenged by a Fox News Channel reporter who asked him if he felt "duped" after airing forged documents about President Bush's military record.
Arriving at the Dallas, Texas, airport to further investigate the story that threatens to end his career, the CBS News anchor tried to keep his cool as he was spotted by other reporters, maintaining gamely, "It's good to be back in Dallas."

But according to the Web site Ratherbiased.com, when a reporter from the local Fox affiliate asked, "Do you feel like you've been duped?" the irritated anchor shot back: "Do you feel like you were duped working for Fox like you do?"
I saw that exchange. Blather did not "lash out". He said it jokingly.
Not that it was funny. But it was clear Blather was trying to zing the reporter.
Was that really "Lashing"? Sometimes stuff gets overblown. I saw it.... it wasn't "lashing".... just trying to put his shoe on someone else's foot. Poor, sad, pathetic Dan. Maybe we should take up a collection for him.
I thought it was another example of poor taste...
That proves the point. Dan Rather is biased, and no longer cares who knows it. We all know what that remark meant.
Hilarious! I'm listening to the audio of it just now as I listen to Drudge Radio.
I didn't hear it, but even if he didn't lash out, the point was made. He is a liberal mouthpiece.
CBS is the be-all and end-all of vicious deceivers, with their gang of arrogant Alzheimer leftists, led by doddering old canard and mega-fraudulent Rather.
Hilarious, the child-like defense in his voice.
What a miserable existence to be Dan Rather...more proof that money and fame in the wrong hands is dangerous...not to mention the propaganda powers.
CBS=DNC=COMMUNISTS
I saw it on TV. Rather did not raise his voice, but his low regard for Fox was clear.
And the truth is, Rather was not duped. They all (at C-BS) made a conscious decision to put out the crooked forgeries. The arrogance of the leftist, elitist media has gone way over the top -- over the past decade, they have been so spoiled, being THE CONDUIT for news, they could design and spin the news any way they wanted, and they got away with it. It went to their brains.
Not any more...the NEW MEDIA has taken care of it. And the hard core libs, like Rather and his goons in the media, are having a real tough time dealing with the REALITY of it.
Kerry sounded like those two African-American women in the supermarket in some mindless ad.
Woman 1: (Touching woman 2's belly) When are you do?
Woman 2: (Indignantly) I ain't pregnant.
Woman 1: (Thinking intently, then smiles) Thank you.
Woman 2: (Stunned, reaches out to hug woman 1) You've never said that to me before.
CBS is the be-all and end-all of vicious deceivers, with their gang of arrogant Alzheimer leftists, led by doddering old canard and mega-fraudulent Rather.
Don't "SUGARCOAT" it! Tell us how you REALLY feel! =)
True enough.
"Duped" would be if he were working for a national news network with lower rating than Fox News.
So what was he actually saying that to the fox reporter? That Fox News is being duped by "conservatism" which to him is a lie?
