A worried Matt Drudge reported on his radio show tonight that the Secret Service is on the trail of several people intent on assassinating President Bush.
Drudge said the news story is not his, but that "those in the know" know what he's talking about.
He said more will be reported in the coming days.
Drudge pleaded with his fellow Americans to let the political process play out and to not descend to killing presidential candidates.
He should be arrested and tried treason for advertising the assasination of the President of the United States, and Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

I'll be MORE relieved when he has served his 2nd full term and can then get some (well-earned) rest. I put this in another post this week, but the day he was inaugurated, my mom ominously told me that although she knew she should be very happy for him and for our country, she was SO WORRIED for his life.......What she said has somehow stuck with me.
Wanna know the real sick thing? Micheal Moore, McAulif, et al would be laughing at the situation.
Then agian, you are talking about the left who has recently published books on assasinating Bush. Kerry, Dean and Max Cleland have inflamed the left even more.
This, my friends, is what happens when you have the media colluding with truly radical people who honestly hate people with different opinions than their own.
That is a fact, not a joke.
I thought the "course" was on those elected in certain years regardless of whether that was their final election or not. FDR was elected in 40 but did not die until after the 44 election.
Gives me the creeps as well. A VERY bad feeling!
I find it strange that this kind of information would find it's way to the media!!
God blessed US with President Bush during our time of trial. I pray that he will continue to grant us his grace.
It could be anyone. It could even be one of our "allies". Most of the people on the left don't have the ability to do something as technically demanding as an assassination.
When he was in Florida today I noticed the camera panned to one of his Service guys panning the area.. first time I've seen one zoomed in on purpose.
That is the intent of their dialogue, to stir up hate. They encourage and reaffirm anti-social behavior in movies, music, TV. This is a very dangerous combination, especially with the propagandist lies of Moore, Ted Kennedy, etc being repeated over and over into these insane individual's minds.
Politically the biggest worry is actually that of a staged 'sympathy' assassination of John Kerry by the left framed to appear as a hit from the right.
So did President Ronald Reagan BEFORE he got shot, and almost got killed. LOL </sarcasm)
I'm not the least bit surprised at this. If someone takes a shot and misses, you can bet the Dems will say it was some Rovian plot, and after Bush is re-elected the threat will only get worse I expect.

Ive thought of this from time to time. I dont know what would happen. Either way, it would be a terrible thing and we need to stop this.
I hope the secret service pre-empt whom ever it is. Here is a larger question, why did Drudge drop this bomb today? Why isnt it on the website. I hope the public gets wind of this and helps out.
Then again, maybe that would spook the operation.
Note to leftist kooks: Harming President Bush will do absolutely NOTHING to help your candidate who, by the way, looks like a MORTICIAN!!
