>Fortunately (or Unfortuantely), I haven't been around that long. I'm only 29 and Daschole's been around as long as I can remember. I can do the research though and post more later if you like."
Whoo, boy! I urge you to ask around about the guy for whom Little Tommy worked, as he was getting his feet wet in politics. Do a little research. For starters, World Magazine did an article on Daschle a couple of years ago, if memory serves.
In the light of 9/11, it might just fire up some undecided voters in South Dakota to vote for Thune, and to get rid of little Tommy the Islammie supporter.
Thanks for the morning chuckle.

Personally, I like that this comparison is being made. The country was wrong then, and needs to face up to that fact. The socialists among us are not going to give up political control and social influence without a BIG, dirty fight.
Watching Richardon of Fox who says that Bush is "sugar coating" the Iraq situation. Now where have I heard that sugar coating thing before, hmmmm?
GWB arriving in Pensacola and Gulf Shores, AL to survey hurricane damage
Do you think Daschle could stop interrupting???
He gets about $150K per year in deferred compensation. He set up an insurance policy to ensure payment through 2005, regardless of how Halliburton does. He receives the check from an insurance company, not Halliburton.
He has donated ALL proceeds from stock options to three different charities. I believe the amount is in excess of $2 million.
Can you please tell me where McCain was during the interview or what he was sitting in front of? I couldn't tell if he was inside of a room or outside in a city.
Yeah, I heard that date bantered about on Fox News the other day, but they basically said the head of the commission really has no say so.
Don't know if that's accurate or not, but they inferred that the candidates can and will debate when they want to debate, not when the commission says they have to debate.
Don't know if that's true or not, just what I heard on the news.
President Bush just arrived in Pensacola!
Well, let's see..."sugar coating" has been used by Richardson and McAuliffe in recent days...oh, and yes, it just happens to be the same word in the Killian forged memos.
Fancy that.
Maybe "sugar coating" is the word they've chosen to replace "gravitas" (from the 2000 campaign cycle).
Thanks for those specifics on Cheney. I can see him asking Edwards in their debate if Edwards dares raise the subject of Cheney's compensation from Halliburton how much Edwards has donated of HIS many millions. I want to see the smile wiped off Edwards smarmy face and hear him stutter.
Pray for W and Our Troops
I just found this posting over on DU. (Please pardon the private message... I don't like giving DU too much publicity on FR.).........
This guy is a fool. He is getting his ass handed to him on Meet the Press. I am totally outraged. If this is the "leadership" faction of the left, it is pathetic.
With narry lifting a finger, Russert and Thune are revealing his mealymouthness.
Daschle runnin an add hugging Bush? What the F?
This is why Kerry is having problems. The Democrats leading the left are pathetic at this point.
Unless some really good things happen this election, it is time to clean house.
Hugging the President indeed.
Did someone say "talking pionts"?
MTP just started here. Thune looks and sounds good!
This is the first time I've seen John Thune.
He is very sharp.
If you guys don't want him, tell him to move to NC. We need him here.
