I read that about Cheney somewhere. I'll try to find it today and post it to this thread.
I'll get back to you ;-)
(Actually, it's on at 10:30---can you tell I never watch MTP?)
You got his number, I hope they do in SD.
Exactly. Everybody worries about the October surprise from the RATS...does everybody think that President Bush has no surprises of his own? I trust our poker-playing President.
IMHO, the President is doing everything he should be doing --- he's staying out of the way while Rather's reputation is flushed away.
I have never trusted McCain and never will. NEVER. I think he is campaigning with President Bush while hoping Kerry wins so he can be Secretary of Defense. He is slime in my eyes.
RAt 101, talk over your opponent never let him get a word in edgewise, Serpent Head, Begala, Dashhole, all the rats, they all do it.
I think you heard question wrong, kabar.
Wallace asked McCain what CBS whould do about the doc scandal. He said they should come clean.
I thought McCain was pretty good this morning, actually.
I'm in South Dakota, and 70% of the people I know feel the same way. I'm not sure what it's like in some of the less conservative regions of the state, but in the end, we're getting sick of looking like f***ing idiots because of this moron. Thune won't lose this race, he's much more representative of SD.
I agree, McCain is a jerk thru and thru. I have no use for him whatsoever.
I found it enlightening that McCain, always looking out for himself and keeping friends w/ the media, invited 200 guests to his recent birthday party..........ALL the network folks.
MTP coming on here Timmy suggesting civil war in Iraq, surprise, surprise, surprise, TR is a huge rat in hiding.
Just think how beautiful it will be if Cheney says this in the debate with Edwards...just think about it. Bush and Cheney play their chips when the moment is right and not before.
I agree, with a different spin on it. The Dems are sooo far out there on the record criticizing Bush because he doesn't have "allies" (read: France, Germany).
We should start repeatedly pointing out how the Dems HAVE NOT criticized those very same allies, urging them to join the coalition. Challenge the dems to come up with any statements THEY have made urging cooperation for our "allies". They can't do it!
I would not want John McCain as a friend.
>"Why does McCain insist on covering for the opposition? "
He is not only covering dems, but also the media. If he has ANY hopes of a future Pres.wishes that ain't gonna happen. Bush went out of his way to respect McCain. When he keeps quiet saying nothing about dems attack on Bush while passionately defending Kerry's record - that 's the end of respect for him in 2nd Bush term.
It would not surpise me if he ran with Hillary in 08.
Were FNS people on his guest list? Te list I saw did not seem to have any.
